R -1172 AN ORDINANCE re- zoning the North 13 feet of the South 173 feet of the East 184 feet of Lot 15, Cottage Hill Addition; Rose Park Addition; Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Biggins Addition; Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, Biggins Addition; the East Half of Lot 7, Ledwich Addition; the East 58.13 feet of the West 294.31 feet of the South 140 feet of the North 170 feet of the Northwest Quart;r of the Northwest Quarter of the North- east Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 13 North, Range 18 E.W.M.; the East 216.18 feet of the West 236.18 feet of the South 140 feet of the North 170 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 13 North, Range 18 E.W.M. • • WHEREAS, the City Commission has duly considered the re- zoning of the premises named in the caption hereof, which are situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington; and it appearing that the Yakima Planning Commission have approved and recommended the zoning changes hereinafter described, and said Yakima Planning Commission having conducted a public hearing upon each of the changes so recommended; and it appearing to be for the best interests of the City of Yakima to re- zone the premises hereinabove described, in the particulars hereinafter stated; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. That the following described property, situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit: The North 13 feet of the South 173 feet of the East 184 feet of Lot 15, Cottage Hill Addition; according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Auditor, Yakima County, - Washington; be and the same is hereby re -zoned to a limited business district classification. 111 Section 2.• That the following described property, situate in'the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit: - Rose Park Addition; according to the official plat thereof on file and of•record in the office of the County Auditor, Yakima County, Washington; be and the same is hereby re -zoned to Area District 2 classification. Section 3, That the following described property, situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima •County, Washington, to -wit: . Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Biggins Addition; according t o the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Auditor, Yakima County, Washington; . be and the same is hereby re -zoned to a limited business district and to Area District 2 classification. Section 4. That the following described property, situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit: Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, Biggins Addition; according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Auditor, Yakima County, Washington; be and the same is hereby re -zoned to a "B" residence district, Area District 2 class- ification. Section 5. That the following described property, situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit: The East Half of Lot 7, " Ledwich Addition; " according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Auditor, Yakima County, Washington; be and the same is hereby re -zoned to a limited business district: classification. Section 6. That the following described property, situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit: The East 58.13 feet of the West 294.31 feet of the South 140 feet of the North 170 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 13 North, Range 18 E.W.M.; be andthe same is hereby re -zoned to a limited business district classification. Section 7. That the following described property, situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit: The East 216.18 feet of the West 236.18 feet of the South 140 feet of the north 170 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Town- ship 13 North, Range 18 E.W.M.; be and the same is hereby re -zoned to a limited business district classification. i 156 ORDINANCE NO. The above changes in zoning shall be included in and depicted upon the next regularly amended Height, Area and Use District Maps prepared by and for the City,. All of the limitations on area, use and height provided for by the General Zoning Ordinance of the City of Yakima, the same being Ordinance #B -293, and amendments thereto; are hereby declared to apply to and cover the property de- scribed herein, from and after the effective date of this ordinance. Section 9. This ordinance shall 'become effective 30 days after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
