ORDINANCE NO. B -11- -6
AN ORDINANCE rezoning Lot 7, block 3 of Highland Addition to Yakima, according to the
official plat file and of record in the office of the Auditor of
Yakima County, Washington, from "B" Residence to Limited Business District.
WHEREAS the City Commission has duly considered the rezoning of the
premises described in the caption hereof, which are situate in the City of Yakima,
Yakima,County, Washington, which said premises are now "B" residence District, to a
Limited Business District, and in connection therewith have conducted a public hear— o�
ing upon the matter and it appearing that the Yakima Planning Commission has approved
and recommended such change.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Section 1. That the following described property situate in the City
of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to —wit:
Lot 7, Block 3 of Highland Addition to Yakima, according to
the official plat on file and of record in the dff-ice of the
Auditor of said County,
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned to a Limited Business District.
Section 2.• The above change in zoning shall be included in and depicted
upon the next regularly amended height, area and use district maps prepared by and
for the City. All of the limitations on use, area and height provided for business
districts by the general zoning ordinance of the City of Yakima, same being Ordinance
' No. B -293 and amendments thereto, are hereby declared to apply to and govern the
premises herein described from and after the effective date of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its
passage, approval and ptiblication as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 2nd day of June,
1950.
