B -1142 AN ORDINANCE re- zoning the East half of Lot 8 Ledwich Addition, the property bounded on the North by Willow Street, on the East by North 5th Avenue, on the South by a line 150.5 feet South of Willow Street, and on the West by the alley West of North 5th Avenue and Lots 1 and 2 of Petzel's . addition, unrecorded, all from B residence district to limited business district. WHEREAS, the City Commission has duly considered the re- zoning of the premises named in the caption hereof, which are situate in the -City of Yakima, Washington, all of which said premises are now B residence district, to limited business district, and it appearing that the Yakima Planning Commission.have approved and recommended such change, and there having been conducted a public hearing upon the matter, and it'appearing to be for the best interests of the City of Yakima to so re- zone said premises, - BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. That -the following described property situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, $ ashington, to -wit: TheEast half of Lot 8 Ledwich Addition, the property bounded on the North by Willow Street, on the East by North 5th Avenue, on the South by a line 150.5 feet South of 'Willow Street, and on the West by the alley West of North 5th Avenue and Lots 1 and 2 of Petzel's Addition, unrecorded, be and the same hereby is re -zoned to a limited business district classification. Section 2. The doove change in zoning shall be included in and depicted upon the next regularly amended height, area and use district maps prepared by and for the City. All of the limitiations on use and height provided for limited business districts by the general zoning ordinance of the City of Yakima, the same being Ordinance No. B -293 and amendments thereto, are hereby. declared to apply to and govern the property described herein from and after the effective date of this Ordinance. The limitations upon area for said property as provided by said general zoning ordinance shall remain as the limitations provided for the second area district as described thereunder. Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after itsipassage, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
