B -1138 AN ORDINANCE repealing Section 20 (b) of Ordinance No. B -810 entitled "AN ORDINANCE relating to and regulating the erection and maintenance of advertising signs, billboards and banners in the City of Yakima; regulating advertis- ing on the streets of the City; requiring a license for bill posting, a bond and license for sign erectors, a permit for the erection of signs and billboards and the inspection of such signs and billboards; providing for license permit and inspection fees, fixing pe nalties for the viola- tion thereof and repealing Ordinance No. A -138, passed and approved by the City Commission November 14, 1913, and any and all ordinances amendatory thereof." BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OV YAKIMA: Section 1. That Section 20 (b) of Ordinance No. B -810, passed and approv- ed by the City Commission September 29, 1947 and entitled as set forth in the caption hereof, be and the same hereby is repealed. Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its Ipassage, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
