B -1126 AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain dedicated Streets in the plat of Shuman addition to the City of Yakima, Washington, more particularly described herein. WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Commission of the City of Yakima praying for the vacation of certain dedicated Streets in the plat of Shuman Addition to the City of Yakima, Washington, hereinafter more particularly described-; and WHEREAS, by resolution adopted by the City Commission, a hearing on said petition was. set for the 10th day of April, 1950, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon of said day at the office of the City Commission of the City of Yakima at the City Hall in Yakima, Washington, and notice thereof was duly given in the manner provided by statute by the City Clerk of said City; and WHEREAS, upon the hearing on said petition no objection was made thereon or filed, and it being deemed for the best interest of the City of Yakima that said petition be granted and said. Streets be vacated; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. That the following described dedicated Streets in the plat of Shuman Addition to the City of Yakima, Washington, to —wit: That portion designated on said Plat as Browne Avenue 25 feet in width abutting on the North of Lot 4 of Shuman Addition, and that portion of said Browne Avenue 25 feet in width abutting on the South of Lots 5, 14 and 15 of said Shuman Addition; also all of 34th Avenue as shown on said plat of Shuman Addition, being a strip of land 50 feet in width abutting on -the East side of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of said Shuman Addition and abutting on the West side of Lots, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of • said Shuman Addition, be and the same hereby are vacated. Section 2. The City of Yakima hereby reserves all necessary easements and rights of way for the installation and maintenance of any and all water mains, sewers or utilities of any and all kinds which may now exist in said streets or which it may hereafter desire to construct therein.
