PRDINANCE NO. B -1125
AN ORDINANCE rezoning Lot 12, Block 131 in Huson's Addition to the City of Yakima,
according to the official plat on file and of record in the office of
the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington,_ from "C" Residence to Business
District.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has duly considered the rezoning of the
premises named in the caption hereof, which are situate in the City of Yakima, Yakima
County, Washington, which said premises are now "C" residence district, to a business
district, and in.;connection therewith have conducted a public hearing upon the matter
and believing it to be for the best interests of the City of Yakima to so rezone said
premises,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: .
Section 1. That the following described property situate in the City of
Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit:
Lot 12, Block 131, in Huson's Addition to
the City of Yakima, according to the offi-
cial plat on file and of record in the
office of the Auditor of Yakima County,
Washington,
be and the same hereby is rezoned to a business district classification.
Section 2. The above change in zoning shall be included in and de-
picted upon the next regularly amended height, area :and use district maps prepared by
and for the City. All of the limitations on use, area and height provided for
business districts by the general zoning ordinance of the City of Yakima, the same
being Ordinance No. B -293 and amendments thereto, are hereby declared to apply to
and govern the premises herein described from and after the effective ttte of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after
its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law and the City Charter.
PASSED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 3rd day of
April, 1950.

Ordinance No. B -1125 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE rezoning Lot 12, Block 131 in Huson's

in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington, from "C" Residence to
Business District," as passed on this 3rd day of April, 1950, and that same has been
published as required by law.
