R -123 AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. B -56 entitled "AN ORDINANCE relating to public eating places, public kitchens, and to the sale to the public of prepared food for immediate consumption; providing revenue through an application fee, a license fee, and a penalty for violation; repealing Ordinance No. B -37 of the ordinances of the City of Yakima, and all other ordinances in conflict therewith; and declaring an emergency ".. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA: Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. B -56, passed and approved by the City Commission October 16, 1933, be and the same hereby is amended by adding thereto a new sub- section to be known as Section 3(c), as follows: Any violation of Federal, State or City liquor laws, ordinances or regulations shall be considered to be a cause for the revocation of the licenses herein provided for. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law and the City Charter.
