SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The City of Yakima Planning Commission has reviewed and made recommendations to the City
Council on six(6) applications submitted as part of the 2021 Comprehensive Plan Amendment
and Rezone process.A summary of each application is included in the attached docket. The
complete record for each application will be provided in advance of the November 1st public
hearing date. The subject sites are generally described as following:

• CPA#003-21: 2802 Racquet Lane
• CPA#004-21: 1108 S 30th Avenue
• CPA#005-21: 210 W Mead Avenue
