The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and-Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
November 23rd, 1931 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting
aye, on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the following payrolls be allowed and the.City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $870.00; Park Dept.. $234.00;
Cemetery Dept. $150.00 and Cemetery Care Dept. $48.00: carried, Stratton, Washburn and
Clark voting aye on roll call.
RESOLUTION NO. C -23, A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of the S 61' of the -V 392.5' of
the W 25' of the E 353' of the SEV WSJ NEJ Sec. 25 T. 13 N. R. 19 E.W.M. to James
Taylor.
WHEREAS, the City of Yakima is the owner of the following described
real property situated in Yakima County, Washington,- to -wit:
S 61' of the N 3 2.51 of the W 25' of the
E 353' of the SE NW-41 NE4 Sec. 25 T. 13 N.
R. 18 E.W.M.
by reason of a deed therefor issued by the City Treasurer of the City of Yakima to said
City of Yakima, on sale of said property for delinquent assessments, and
?VHEREAS,.it appears to be for the best interest of said City of
Yakima to sell said premises to James Taylor.
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON:
That said above described premises be and they are hereby author-
ized to be sold to James Taylor for the total sum of One Hundred Two and 88 /100 ($102.88)
Dollars, and the Mayor, W. W. Stratton, is hereby authorized to execute a deed to said
premises, and the City Clerk, Pearl Benjamin, is hereby authorized and directed to attest
the same for and on behalf of the said City of Yakima.
Dated at 'Yakima, Washington this 30th day of November A. D. 1931.

$3,646.16 Fire Dept. $5,163.33; Library $763.80; Water Dept. $3,518.32 and Miscellaneous
Dept. $1,132.07: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting,-aye on roll call.
