The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
November 2, 1931 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -16, entitled, "An Ordinance fixing the time-of delinquency of the assess -
ments levied for the payment. of the cost and expense of the improvements. in, Local Im-
provement District N o - �+95, and providing for the issuance of bonds, with coupons attache
for'the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Clark and read by the
City Clerk.
