Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, October 26, 1931 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the electrical license of P. Beasley is hereby revoked on account of non - payment of inspection fees to the Building Inspector: carried, Stratton, Wa.shburn.and Clark voting aye on roll call. _ Loved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the payrolls for the month of October, 1931 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor: Various Dept. $2,333.31; Police Dept. $3,578.61; Fire Dept. $5,163.33; Health Dept. $1,936:66; En- gineering Dept. $$1,464:00; Fixed Estimate $150.00; Irrigation $333.32; Cemetery $135.00; L.I.D. Revolving $150.00; Firemen's Relief & Pension $113.75; Park Dept. $250.00; Library. $751.20 and Water Dept. $3,513.32: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark vot- ing_,aye on roll call. Moved --by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor: Street Dept. $$928.00; Park Dept. $474.00; Cemetery $150.00; Cemetery Care $98.00; Trimming Trees $20.00 and Water Dept. $7,692.75: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION N0. 0-17, WHEREAS, That tract of land known as Lee's Addition to Yakima, Washington, according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington, is adjacent.to Local Improvement District No. 368, which was created by Ordinance A -724, passed and approved on the 11th day of December, 1922, and WHEREAS, said property above described is held in trust by the City of Yakima, for the purpose of maintaining and operating a public park and play ground, and WHEREAS, it is advisable that irrigation water under pressure be extended to said tract: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That Lots 2 to 18,' both inclusive, in Lee's Addition to Yakima, be placed upon assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 369 and assessed in the sum of $1,116.22. This assessment shall be divided into 3 equal installments, the first installment amounting to $372.08, shall be paid to the City Treasurer on or be- fore the date of this Resolution and the remaining installments together with interest at six percent per annum shall be payable on or before the 14th day of July of each year until fully paid. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said work be done by the irrigation maintenance crew of said City and that, the cost of same be paid out of the maintenance fund, and that said fund be reimbursed when the assessment for said work is paid.
