Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon- day, October 5, 1931 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Strat- ton,..Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that this being the time for "receiving bids for pav- ing Summitview Avenue in Local Improvement District No. 500, the following were received: Union Concrete Pipe Co. $36,848-57 Sam Macri 34, 539.22 R. A. Geary 34,.4 0.00 L. Coluccio' 34,343-09 Midstate Contract Co. 33,761.03 The bid of the Midstate Contract Co. in the.sum of $33,761.03 be- ing the lowest and best bid, the contract is hereby awarded to them and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to enter into a contract therefor upon filing the proper.bond therefor: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the bond of the Midstate Contract Co:, Con- tractors, in the sum of $33,761.03 for constructing the Summitview paving in Local Im- provement District No. 500 is hereby approved and filed with the City Clerk: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following claims be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to -issue warrants therefor: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting ayeon roll call.
