Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, September 21st, 1931. -be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark vot- ing.,aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that this.being the time for the hearing on Resolu- tion No. C -13 for paving the extension of Summitview Avenue from Sixteenth Avenue'North to.Seventh Avenue North, Eleventh Avenue North from nest "A" Street to Summitview Ave- nue extended and other street`s.in the City of Yakima, and there being insufficient pro- test against said proposition; it is ordered that the ordinance creating a local im- provement district be passed as finally read: carried, Stratton,.Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE N0. B'13, entitled, "An Ordinance providing for the improvement of certain streets in the City of Yakima, Washington, by grading and paving the same with a one course concrete pavement and by constructing the necessary curbs, sidewalks, siphons and drains, establishing a Local Improvement District, providing a method of payment therefor and creating a special fund ", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -13 be passed to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Strattm, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -13 be passed to its third reading and read in full: carried, Stratton, .Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -13 be passed as finally read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the.City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice to contractors by publ.ication.'as required by law.for paving Summitview Avenue Extension and other streets in said City, in Local Improvement District No. 500, by grading and paving the same;.said bids to be received on Tuesday, October 13th, 1931 at 10 o'clock.
