RESOLUTION NO. C -13, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKI. C -15, A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of Lot 1, Block 6, Boulevard Addition to North Yakima, now Yakima, Washington according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the auditor of Yakima County, Washington, to T. L. Butler. WHEREAS, the City of Yakima is now the owner of the following de- scribed real property situated in Yakim County, Washington, to -wit:. Lot 1, Block 6, Boulevard Addition to North Yakima, now Yakima, according to_the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor, Yakima County, Washing- ton, and, WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of said City of Yakima to sell said premises to T. L. Butler, NOW, THEREFORE, BE'IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That said above described.premises be and they are hereby authoriz- ed to be sold to T. L. Butler, for the total sum.of Two Hundred and 52/100 ($200.52) Dollars, and the Mayor, W. W. Stratton, is hereby authorized to execute a deed to the said premises, and the City Clerk, Pearl Benjamin is hereby authorized and directed to attest the same for and on behalf of the City of Yakima.
