Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the claim of W. L. France in the sum of $15.00 for damages alleged to have been sustained to his automobile by reason of a collision with a Street Department truck, is hereby denied: Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call., Stratton absent.
