The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton absent and Commissioners
Washburn and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
July 13th and adjourned meeting thereof be appr.oved as read: carried, Washburn and
Clark voting aye on roll call, Stratton absent..
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the claim of W. L. France in the sum of $15.00
for damages alleged to have been sustained to his automobile by reason of a collision
with a Street Department truck, is hereby denied: Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call., Stratton absent.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the following claims be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor: carried, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on roll call, Stratton absent.
