B -1193, A RESOLUTION authorizing the transfer of title of-.the following described real-estate, to- wit.: Beg nning at-.a point 405.6 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter%(SE ) of the Northeast quarter (NE4) of the Northeast quarter (NEJ) of Sedtion 19; Township 13 North, Range 19 E.W.M., thence South 10 feet; thence West 484.5 feet; thence North 210 05'.West.10 feet; thence east 487,5 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; less any portion thereof that is used for street or alley, to WALTER C. COPE, whose wife's name is INEZ S COPE. B ®1195, A RESOLUTION confirming and ratifying the sale of Bonds No. 204, 396) 397, 398, 399 and 400 of Port of Seattle Smith's Cove General Obligation of the de- nomination of $1,000 each to the YAKIMA SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION. WHEREAS, the City of Yakima, a municipal corporation was the own- er of the.f ollowing described-Bonds: $6,000 par value Port of Seattle Smith's Cove General Obligation Bonds, Nos. 204, 396, 397, 398, 399 and 400, each bond of $1000 denomination. and, WHEREAS, it appears that said bonds were sold by RAY WASHBURN, Treasurer of the said City of Yakima,.to the YAKIMA SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION and that said sale was for the best interests of the City of Yakima and that the proceeds of said sale have been properly credited to the said City of Yakima. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That the said sale of the Bonds as hereinbefore described be and the same is hereby confirmed and the action of the said RAY WASHBURN, Treasurer of the City of Yakima, in handling said- sale be approved and ratified.
