Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, March 21 1931 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting -aye on roll call. RESOLUTION.NO.•B -1176, BE IT RESOLVED •BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA) WASHINGTON: That it is the intention of the City Commission of said City of Yakima, Washington, to improve property in the City of Yakima, Washington; by the con- struction of a pipe sewer at the following described lines: Beginning at the existing sewer located just west of the O.W.R. and N. Co. right of way where the same cross Division Street extended easterly; thence west on Division Street to a point 153.3 feet west of the west line of Broadway Avenue; thence south parallel with Broadway Avenue 325 feet; thence in a northwesterly direction 405 feet. Also, beginning at the intersection of Second Avenue South with Division Street, thence north on Second Avenue South 590 feet; together with the necessary wye branches, manholes, flush tanks and., water connections therefor, and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith; all in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the City Engineer and to be filed with the City Clerk-. _ All persons who may desire to-object to said proposed improve- ment are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at.a meeting of the City Commission to be held at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima, Washington, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock A. M., on Monday, the 30th day of March, 1931, which time and place are hereby fixed for.the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement, all objections thereto and for determining` the method of payment therefor, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and the intention to make the aforesaid improvement. The cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed egainst all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as pro- vided by law, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission, at or prior to the time fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data -and other infor- mation reouired by law to be submitted by him.
