The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Clark and
Traub present on roll-call.-
Moved by_Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
February'9th, 1931 be approved as read.: carried-, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye
on . roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that this being the time for receiving bids for
the City printing for the ensuing year and the bid.of the Republic Publishing Co. for
the sum of fifty cents per.square per insertion be accepted as the lowest and best bid
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to enter into a.contra.ct therefor for the doing
of said work: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that this being the time for receiving bids for
constructing the City Warehouse, the following were received:
