Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that this being the time for receiving bids for the City printing for the ensuing year and the bid.of the Republic Publishing Co. for the sum of fifty cents per.square per insertion be accepted as the lowest and best bid and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to enter into a.contra.ct therefor for the doing of said work: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call.
