Moved by Traub,.seconded by Clark that the City Engineer having reported the comple -' Lion of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 49.6 by the Contractors, Ward Reed and Ed. Carroll in the sum of 0,759.171 it is ordered that said work be accepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said District and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll for Monday, 'March,9th, 1931 at 9 o' -clock A. M :. carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that the following claims be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issued warrants therefor: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call.
