The C.i.ty Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioner Clark pre -
sent on roll call-, --Commissioner Traub absent.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting; of Monday,
January 5th,...,1931 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, and:Clarkf voting aye-.on roll
call,,` - .Traub: absent.
OttDIiuAS{ICE i410. A -1267, entitled, "An Ordinance fixing the time of delinquency of the
assessments levied for the payment of the cost and expense of the improvements in Local
Improvement District No. 490, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons
attached for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof", was introduced by Stratton and
read_ by the City .Clerk.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that Ordinance No. A -1267 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Stratton and C.lark.voting aye on roll call,
Traub absent.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that Ordinance No.'A -1267 be passed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Stratton and Clark voting aye on roll call, Traub
absent.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Stratton that Ordinance No. A -1257 be passed as finally read.:
