Loved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Tuesday, October I.4th,- '1930.be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call: Tvoved by Traub; - seconded by-Clark that this being the•time for the hearing on Resolution No. B -1159 for constructing a cement sidewalk on the east side of South 9th Avenue from ',lest Walnut Street to 'test Spruce Street, 6 feet in width, and therebeing no protests '.in writing or otherwise to said improvement or any part thereof, it is ordered that the or- dinance creating a local improvement district be laid on the table for one week; carried Stratton, Clark and Traub voting aye on roll call. =loved by Traub, seconded by Clark that the City Engineer having reported the completion of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 489, by the Contractor, J.
