RESOLUTION NO. B -1124, BE_.IT, RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO181ISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That it is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Yakima, Washington, to improve 25th Avenue North from Barge Street to Summitview Avenue, in the City of Yakima, Washington, by grading and paving the same with a one course Portland cement concrete pavement 24 feet in width; by constructing the necessary curbs, sidewalks and siphons, and by doing all such other work as may be necessary in connec- tion therewith, all in accordance with the plansrand specifications therefor to be pre- pared'by the City Engineer, and filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Commission.to be held at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima, Washington, at the hour of nine o'clock A.M., on Monday,, the 14th day of April, 1930, which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement or.objections thereto and for determining the method of payment therefor and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and. of the intention to-make the aforesaid improvement. The costs and expenses of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed-against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provi _by law, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission at or prior to the date fixed herein for said, hearing, all of the data and other information required�by law to be submitted. by him.
