RESOLUTION NO. L =1116• BE. IT RESOLVED BY T11E CI -TY COMMISSION OF TILE: CITY OF YAKIIIIA,
V'7ASHINGTON .
That it is the intention. of the City Commission of the City of
Yakima, Washington, to improve North Sixth Street along the west side of said' North
Sixth Street from the south line of Lot 2 in Block 106 to East E Street, also along
the south line of East E. Street from North Na�ches Avenue to North Sixth Street, all
in the Original Town of North Yakima, now Yakima, according to the official plat
thereof now on file in the office of the Auditor of Yakima, County, 7dash.ington, by -the
construction of a Portland. cement concrete sidewalk and cross - walk•; the sidewalk on
North Sixth Street to be six feet in width and- on East E Street to- be five feet in
width.; anti by doing all such other work as may.by necessary in connection therewith,
all in accordance with plans and speci ications therefor. to be prepared by the City
Engineer and filed with the City Clerk.
All persons who may •desire to object to said proposed improve-
ment are hereby notified. to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the
Citv Commission to beheld at its offices in the City Office Building in the City of
Yakima, - Yashingt on, at the hour of-.nine o' clock A--M-, on illonday; the 10th day of
larch, 1930, :which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters re-
lating to said proposed improvement or objections thereto and for determining the meth
od of payment therefor and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give.due notice of
said. hearing and. of- the intention to make the aforesaid. improvement.
The costs and espenses of said improv ment shall. be borne by
and. assessed against .All of the property legally and properly assessable therefor,
as provided by law, and the City Engineer is hereby directed, to submit to the City
Commission at or prior to the date fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and
other information required by law to be submitted by him.

RESOLUTION NO. B -1117, A RESOLUTION providing for the creation of a fund to be known
as "Delinquent Property Sales Fund "; ;providing a method of raising revenue for said
fund. and authorizing the Treasurer of the City of Yakima to make certain transfers as
hereinafter provided.
- aJAIHEREAS, the City of Yakima is now the oviner of c ertain tracts
and parcels of real estate located in said City of Yakima which have been acquired by
Foreclosure of Local Improvement Assessments or by redemption from the Treasurer of
Yakima County, Washington, after sale to said County, and
'J=]AS, it is desirable that the said City of Yakima provide
gays and means to keep the credit of the Local Improvement Districts of said. city un-
im,oaired and to keep the property aciuired. by the city as aforesaid upon the tax rolls
of said Yakima County, and
dV_h'll,PJTAS, it appears to the best interests of said. City of Yakim
to provide .a fund. for the purpose of paying delinquent Local Improvement Assessments a
delinquent General Taxes upon property so acquired.,.and
T.I=,REAS, the revenue derived from the .investment of funds of th
Bond Sinking Fund of the City of Yakima are not necessary for the building up of said
Bond. Sinking Fund, and
",=lIs,AS, it appears to be to the best interests of said City
of Yakima to divert to a special fund to be provided certain revenues from the invest-
ment of said Bond Sinking Fund as a loan.

ed does not now exist and. it is desirable to transfer the balance in said. indebtedness
