The City Commission met, in regular session,Mayor Dudley and Commis sioners. Hedges and
Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Dud.ley,seconded. by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday;
September 9th,1929, be approved as read;carried,Dudley,ITiedges and Coonse voting ale on
roil call.
Moved by Coonse, seconded by Dudley, that the bond of J J.DeB"lasio,contractor, in the
sum of e663.50 ,for constructing a sidewalk on Eighteenth Avenue South, from Division
Street to 1Aaclaren'Street is hereb y approved and filed with the City Clerk;carried,
Dud.ley,tiedges and Coonse voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO-A-1173, entitled: "An Ordinance relating to public health and sanitation;
requiring a physical examination of persons engaged in the handling of food, food stuffs
and food products, and forbidding the employment of persons to be so engaged without
such examination; providing a penalty for the violation thereof; and declaring an
emergency ", was introduced by Dudley,. and read by the City Clerk.
