Coonse voting aye on roll call.

June 24th,1929 and adjourned meeting thereof-be approved as read; carried,Dud.ley,Hed.ges

in Local Improvement District No.464, in the .sum of $1181.76 is hereby approved and.,.fil d

in Local Improvement District No-466, in the-sura of $573.23, is hereby approved and

ORDINANCE NO.A -1161, entitled: "An ordinance providing for the construction of a concrete
sidewalk upon a certain street in the City of Yakima, establishing a Local Improvement
District, providing a method of payment therefor, and. creating a special fund ", was
introduced. by Coonse and read by the City Clerk.

FFSOLUTION NO.B- 1085, "HH!�AS,D.R.Zurnwalt and i-'.L.''umwalt have filed. a petition setting
forth that they are the owners of more than two thirds of all the property abutting
on the alley in Block 257 of Lund's Addition to the City of Yaki.:ria, according to the
official plat they eof nog x on file in the office of the County Auditor of Yakima County
Washin.,zton, and praying that said. alley in said Block 257 be vacated, which petition
is now on fi le with the City Clerk,
AND `47,=_ 'AS, it appears to the City Commission that said petition has been
signed by the .owners of more than two thirds of all the - private property abutting upon
said alley herein sought to be vacated.
NOW, TMFEFOR ,. BE IT RESOLVED BY 711E CITY COJQjISSION OF TIC CITY CP'
YAKI1,TA,WASHINGITON, that said petition be brought on for hearing at the office of said
City Commission in the City Office Building in the City of Yakima, Washington, on
Monday, the 29th day of July, 1929, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock A.b!. , and that at said
time and place the City Commission shall hear and determine the same, and the City
Clerk ts hereby directed to give twenty days notice of the pendency of said petition
by a written or printed notice thereof posted. in three-of the most public places in
said City and by a like notice posted in a conspicuous place on the portion of said
alley sought to be vacated., which said notice. shall contain a statement that a peti.
tion .has been filed to vacate said alley in said Block 257 together with a statement
of the time and place fixed, by this Resolution for the hearing of said petition.
PASSED BY THE CITY 'COWJ[ISSION, signed. and approved, this first day of
July,l929.
