The City Co.nmission met in regular session,Mayor Dudley and. Corimiissioners Hedges and
Coonse voting aye on roll call.
Moved. by Dud.ley,seconded by Hedges, that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
December 31st,1928, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved. as read; carried.,.Dud.ley,
Hedges and. Coonse voting ave on roll call.
.ORDINANCE NO.A -1133, entitled.: "An' Ordinance fixing the time of delinquency of the
assessments levied for the payment of the dost and expense of the improvements in
Local Improvement District No.453, and providing; for the issuance of bonds with coupo
attached for the :payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Coonse and
read. by the City Clerk.
Moved by Dudley,seconded. by Hedges, that Ordinance No.A -1133 be passed'to its second
reading and read by title only; carried,Dudley,Hedg•es and Coonse voting aye on roll ca 1.
