Moved by Riley, seconded_ by Washburn that the hearing on the petition for rezoning on West Yakima Avenue be continued to Monday, July 10th, 1939 at 10 o'clock A. M: carried, Riley and Washburn voting aye on roll call, Clark absent. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: L.I,D, Rev. $293.30; Irrigation $126.00; Cemetery $168.00; Cemetery Care $447,00; Parks $863.35; Sanitation $732.69; Crusher $257.31; Street $898,71; City Street Project f#13, �5 3.06;.Proj. # 14, $422.50; Pro j . # 1.5, $576.91; Pro j . # 16 $61.31: carried, Riley and Washburn voting aye on roll call, Clark absent. Moved by Rile , seconded by Washburn that this being the time for. the hearing on Reso- lution No. C -46 providing f-or the construction of. curbs and gutters on 12th Avenue South and other streets from Division Street to Lenox , more particular�y described. in said resolution and there being insufficient protest by the propertyOWF tting on said proposed improvement; it is ordered that the ordinance creating 'a local improvement district be passed as finally read: carried, .Riley and Washburn voting aye on roll call Clark absent, ORDINANCE NO.
