M. except the North 235.71 feet of said subdivision to the City of Yakima, and it appearing that said pla. has previously been approved by the City Planning Commission and the City Engineer; it is hereby ordered that said plat be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign the anoroval on said plat on behalf of said City of Yakima:- carried, Riley and Clark-present on roll call, Washburn absent.. C -403, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That it is its intention to improve the following streets by the construction of concrete curbs and. gutters: Seventeenth Ave, South from Lenox Ave, to the north line of Johnson's Corner Subdivision; Eighteenth Ave: South from Lenox Ave. to Ma.claren Street; Nineteenth Ave. South from Bonnie Doon Ave, to Division Street; East side of Twentieth Ave. South from Division St. to a point 633 feet south of Macla.r Street; Graham St, and Bell Street from Eighteenth Ave. South to Nineteenth Ave. South; Division St, and Macla.ren St; from Sixteenth Avenue South to Twentieth Ave. South; Lom- bard Lane from Sixteenth Aire.
