Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that there being no business to come before the Commission we do now adjourn to meet Thursday, December 29, 1938 at 9 o'clock A. M: carried, Riley, Washburn and Gla.rk voting aye on roll call. ADJOURNED MEETING, THURSDAY, DECEMBER-29, 1938, 9 A. M. The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Riley and. Commissioners Wash- burn and Clark present on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Garbage Disposal $801.50; Street Dent. $1,550.33 and Cemetery $174.00: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the following claims be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the following funds: Current Expense $10,899.08; City Street $7,083.01; Library $917.52; Parks $2.4.97; Cemetery $87.41; Fixed.Estimate $135.00; Revolving $4,061.68; Irrigation $666.39; Water $6,870.33;'Bond Sinking $2.34; Accident $13.53;. Cemetery Trust $2,847.25; Crusher $565.53; Delinquent Property Sales $523.12; Municipal Garage $267.47; Waster Deposit $333.00; L.I.D. Guaranty $5,930.44; Larson Library Trust $415.11: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll ca, 11 . ADJOURNED MEETING, SATURDAY, DECEMBER 31, 1939, 10 A. M. The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Riley and Commissioners Wash- burn and Clark present on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -362, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE declaring that a public emergency exists, providing for the expenditure of certain sums of money for various debts of the City of Yakima, and fixing the estimated amount of such expenditures as near as may be es- timated and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Washburn and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -362 be passed. to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -362 be passed to its third reading and read in full: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
