and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
November 7th, 1938 be approved as read: carried., Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice to bidders for 2100 barrels of cement to be delivered during the next twelve
months; said bids , to - be received on Monday, November 29th, 1938 at 10 o'clock A. M:
carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye• on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -352, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install -
ments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local
Improvement District No. 531, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons
attached-for the payment of the unpaid portion thereofl", was introduced. by Washburn
and read by the-City Clerk.
Moved by-Riley, seconded by- Clark• that Ordinance No -. B -352 be passed to its second.
