Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that after considering the oral objections of certain-property owners-at the hearing heretofore held relative to the construction of a domestic .water system In-said city, more particularly described and set forth-in.. Resoluton`No.. heretofore passed and approved by the City Commission, and it appearing that said remonstrance represented only 9 1/3 per cent..of the area com- prising - said::district; it -is therefore ordered that the ordinance creating a local Improvement district .be passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and. Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO.
