Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the City Engineer having reported the com-
pletion of the construction of the domestic water system in Johnson's Corner Subdivision
Local Improvement District No. 533, in the sum of $2,921.87; it is ordered that said
system be accepted and -the'City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for
said distrio.t` 'and�:'the• _City. Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of hearing on said
roll - for :Monday,.®ctober 24th, 1938 at 9 o'clock A. M: carried, Riley, Washburn and

ORDINANCE NO. B -339,- entitled, tOAN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install-
ments levied for "the, payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement Dis-
trict No. 526,.and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the
payment of the. unpaid portion thereofi°, was introduced by Washburn and read by the
City Clerk.

The City'Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Riley and Commissioners Wash-
burn and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that after considering the oral objections of
certain-property owners-at the hearing heretofore held relative to the construction
of a domestic .water system In-said city, more particularly described and set forth-in..
Resoluton`No.. heretofore passed and approved by the City Commission, and it
appearing that said remonstrance represented only 9 1/3 per cent..of the area com-
prising - said::district; it -is therefore ordered that the ordinance creating a local
Improvement district .be passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and. Clark
voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -339, entitled, f °AN "ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of property
in the City. of Yakima, Washington, by the acquiring of the right of way easements, and
the completion of.the necessary mains, fire hydrants -, valves and other appurtenances
for the puroo.s.e.of.supplying_ water for domestic use; establishing a local improvement
distric.t';:4 providing for the method of payment therefor, andcreating a special fund1B,
was introduced by Riley and read by the City Clerk..

to be received on Monday,-October 10th, 1938 at 10 o'clock A. M: carried, Riley,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.

notice to.co.ntractors, by publication as required by law, for material for the con-
" struct -ion of additions and extensions to the municipal Water System, and for the in-
stallat`ion' of. irrigation systems, all in Local Improvement Districts; said bids . to be
received..on.Monday,-October 17th, 1938 at 10 o'clock A. M: carried, Riley, Washburn
