Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that the regular meeting of Monday, September 12th,
1938 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Riley, a'ndl.,Zlark

Moved by.Riley, seconded by Clark that the following claims be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized.to issue warrants on the following funds: Current Expense $5,037.10;
Irrigation.$84.51.; L.I.D's $2,604.11; Parks $934.09° Revolving $467.11; Cemetery
$430-14; City Street.$5,494.71;'Miscellaneous $19784. 59 and Water Dept. $5,459.9,0:

Moved by Clark, seconded by Riley that this being the time for the hearing.on Reso.lu-
tion No. C -347, providing for a domestic water system on East A Street and other
streets in said city; it is ordered that said hearing be continued to Monday, October
3rd, 1939 at 9 o'clock A. M:. carried, Riley and Clark voting.aye.on roll call, Wash-
burn absent.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Riley that this being the time for the hearing on Resolu-
tion No. C -348, providing for the vacation of that portion-of South 10th. Street from
Moxee Avenue to Pitcher Street and from Pitcher Street to the east line extended on-
Lot 14, Block 2 of Riverview Addition, and there being no objection in writing or
otherwise to said vacation proceedings, or any part thereof,; it is ordered that the
ordinance vacating said property be passed as finally read: carried, Riley and Clark'
voting aye on roll call, Washburn absent.
ORDINANCE NO. B ®337, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of that portion
-of South Tenth Street described as follows: South Tenth Street from Moxee Avenue to
Pitcher Street and from Pitcher Street to the east line expended on Lot 14, Block 2
of Riverview Addition", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -337 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Riley and Clark voting aye on roll call,
Washburn absent.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that'Ordinance No. B -337 be passed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Riley.and Clark voting aye on roll call, Washburn
absent.
