RESOLUTION NO. C -3502 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON:
That it is its intention to construct a water system to serve
all, .the.- lots ,..;and ,tract�s-of land included within the following described district by
acquiring; the�'�- .right- =of.,.way` easements, and the completion -of the necessary mains, fire
hydrant;st,: valve -s< and; other. appurtenances for the purpose of supplying water for do-
mestic use to each 'lo't .sand tract of land within the proposed district.
That the district to be served by and assessed for the above
described improvement is described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the intersection of 29th Avenue
North with Summitview Avenue; thence westerly .along
w Summitview Avenue to 30th Avenue North; thence
southerly along 30th Avenue North to Barge
Street.;., thence westerly along Barge Street to
Grandview Avenue.; .thence southerly along
Grandview Avenue to..north line of Apex Addi -
t ion : -,.. thence westerly parallel with the north
line of_ West Yakima Avenue to Hillcrest Avenue;
thence southerly along Hillcrest Avenue to the
southwest corner of Lot 20 of Orchard Drive
Addition; thence easterly along the south line

The cost and expense of said improvement shall be distributed
