RESOLUTION NO. C -3502 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That it is its intention to construct a water system to serve all, .the.- lots ,..;and ,tract�s-of land included within the following described district by acquiring; the�'�- .right- =of.,.way` easements, and the completion -of the necessary mains, fire hydrant;st,: valve -s< and; other. appurtenances for the purpose of supplying water for do- mestic use to each 'lo't .sand tract of land within the proposed district.
