Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
July 11th, 1938 be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
Moved by Riley, seconded. by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Water Dent. $711.55; Sanitation
$750-52; Street $1,674.36; Irrigation $$101.30; Crusher $$249.76; Curb & Gutter $$152.10;
Cemetery $$154.00; Cemetery Care $394.50; Parks $746.01: carried, Riley, Washburn and
Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that claims in the following amounts were allowed
and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the following funds: Current Expense
$3,395.96:; Irrigation $1,473.69; L.I.D's $3,932.89; Delinquent Property Sales $478,00;'
Revolving $3 7.02; Cemetery Trust $$5,991.21; Cemetery $181,38; P. R. & P. $$31.75;Fixed
Estimate $122.20; Crusher $470,28; F. R. & P. $$8.00; Road & Bridge $246.07; Municipal
Garagge $328,59; Water Deposit $$530,00; City Street $$4,561.39; Park $876.61 and Water
$4,465.80: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that w e do now adjourn to meet Wednesday, July 20th,
1938 at 9 o'clock A. M: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting nye on roll call.

The City Commission met pursuant.to adjournment, Mayor Riley and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -320, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE providing for the annexation by the City
of Yakima, Washington, of certain property contiguous .to the present boundaries of said
City ", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that Ordinance No. B -320 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that Ordinance No. B -320 be passed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that Ordinance No. B -320 be passed as finally read:
