Moved by Riley, seconded by Clark that the, regular meeting of Monday June 20th, 1938. and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll, in Local Improvement District'No. 529, providing for the construction of an irrigation.system on Tenth.Avenue South, West Washington Street and.Yakima Acre Tracts; and there being no protest in writing -or otherwise to said assessment roll or any part thereof; it is ordered that the Ordinance confirming said assessment roll and every past thereof be passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark vot- ing aye on roll call. C -341, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COP,2MISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: THAT WHEREAS in the construction of Project No. S. R. P. S. M. -4 as provided for by Resolution No. C -255, it was found necessary to exceed the estimated cost by the amount of x$398.72. This extra, expense is hereby approved and the extra amount authorized under the provisions of Chapter III of the Laws of 1935.
