serve all the lots, blocks and parcels of land included within the real estate herein-
after described, said improvement to consist of the acquiring of right of way easements,
water stock, and the completion of the necessary mains, laterals, service connections
and other appurtenances for the purpose of delivering water for irrigation purposes to
each lot and tract of land within the proposed district, and the cost of construction
is.to be paid from special assessments levied upon the property in said. district in
accordance with law.
That the district to be served by and assessed for the above
described improvement is described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the intersection of Lenox Avenue
with Tenth Avenue South, thence northerly
along Tenth Avenue South to West Washington
Street; thence easterly along West Washington
Street extended to the east line of Yakima
Acre Tracts; thence southerly along the east
line of Yakima Acre Tracts to Lenox Avenue;
thence westerly along Lenox Avenue to the point
of beginning;
the above irrigation system to be constructed in full accordance with the plans and
specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer and filed with, the City. Clerk.
All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improvement
Are hereby notified to appear and present such objection,, if any, at a meeting of the
City Commission to be held at-its office in the City. Hall in the City of Yakima, Yakima
County, Washington, at the hour of ten o'clock A. M., on Monday, the 29th day of March,
1935, which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating
to said proposed improvements or objections thereto, and for determining the method of
payment therefor; and the-City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said
hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid improvement.
The cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and
assessed against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor at pro-
vided by law and as above described;`and the City Engineer is hereby directed to sub-
mit to the City Commission at or prior to the date fixed herein for said hearing, all
of the data and other information required by law to be by him submitted.

RESOLUTION NO. C -312, A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of Lot 9 and the south 35 feet
of Lot 10, Block 55, Original Town of North Yakima (now Yakima).
WHEREAS, the City of Yakima is the owner of the following describ-
ed real property situated in Yakima. County, State of Washington, to -wit:
Lot 9 and the south 35 feet of Lot 10,
Block-55, Original Town of North Yakima,
(now Yakima), according to the official
plat thereof now on file and of record in
the office of the Auditor of Yakima County,
Washington,
by reason of a deed therefor issued by the Treasurer of Yakima County, State of Wash-
ington, to said City of Yakima on sale of said property for delinquent real estate
taxes, and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of said City of
Yakima. to sell said premises to JAMES M. MAY and ROSE L. MAY, husband and wife,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON:
That said above described premises be and they are hereby author-
ized to be sold to JAMES M. MAY and ROSE L. MAY, husband and wife, for the total sum
of Twenty -nine Hundred Fifty -nine and 36/100 ($2959.36) Dollars; and the Mayor, E. B.
Riley, is hereby authorized to execute a deed to said premises, and the City Clerk,
Pearl Benjamin, is hereby authorized to attest the_ same for and on behalf of the said
City of Yakima.

RESOLUTION NO. C -311, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA,
WASHINGTON:
