The City Commission met in regular session, _Mayor Ivlogren, and Commissioners Sanford and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
December 16th, 1946 be approved as read: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that this being the time for the hearing on Resolu-
tion No.. C -700, providing for the construction of a sealer on South Grandview and other
streets more specifically described in.said resolution, and there being insufficient
protest to said improvement or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance creat-
ing a local improvement district be passed as read: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark
voting aye'on roll call.
ORDINANCE N0, B -751, AN.ORDINANCE Providing for the improvement of property in the City
of Yakirma, Washington, by the construction of a sewer;. establishing a Local Improvement
District, providing for the method of payment therefor and creating a special fund.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that Ordinance No. B -751 be passed as read: carried,
Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that-we do now adjourn to meet, Saturday, December
21st, 1946 at 9 ot•clock A.Dl; carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ADJOURNED MEETING, SATURDAY, December 21, 1946, 9 A.M.
The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners Sanford
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Sanford, Seconded by Mogren that the payrolls for the month of December 1946 be
allowed and the City Clerk is authorized to issue warrants as follows: Various Depts.,
$4,811.60; Fire 810,790 00; Police 68,788.81; Health $1,212.50; Engineers 11,858.00;
Library .$1,845.07; Irrigation $985.00; F. R. & P. $1,887.30; P. R. 8, P. $395.00; Cemeter
$220.00; Street $340.00; Water Sp7, 334.40: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that we do now adjourn: carried, Mogren, Sanford
and Clark voting aye on roll call.
