The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners White- and
Clark present on roll .call.
Moved by Mogren seconded by White that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
December. 13„ 1943 be approved as read: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye
on roll ,call.:
Moved by White, seconded by Mogren that the City Clerk is hereby instructed -to ad-
vertise for bids for approximately 65,000 Gallons of Gasoline and 3000 Gallons of
Kerosene; said bids to be received on Monday, December 27, 1943 at-10 o'clock A.M.:
carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll cull.
Moved by Mogren, seconded b White that the claim of Raymond Flick heretofore filed
on the 17th of November', • 19443, for damages- in- the suml of $50',000.00 alleged to have
been sustained by reason of'improper treatment of police officers-on the 31st day of
October.1943,.is hereby rejected: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that we do now adjourn-to meet Wednesday, December
.22, 1943 at 9 o'clock A.M: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on'roll -call.

Moved by White, seconded by Mogren that the payrolls for the month of December 1943
be allowed and'the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Various Depts.
$2,785.85; Health $847.50; Engineering'$716.16 Police $7,241.50; Fire $9- ,969.93;
i266.8*.; Irrigation $611.94; Library $938.94; Cemetery City Street- $400.00; Parking
Meters $375.00; F.R. & P $1,208.05; P.R. & P $140.00.;; Water $4,639.34: carried,
Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn: carried, Mogren, WhI0
