Moved by Mogren seconded by White that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, December. 13„ 1943 be approved as read: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll ,call.: Moved by White, seconded by Mogren that the City Clerk is hereby instructed -to ad- vertise for bids for approximately 65,000 Gallons of Gasoline and 3000 Gallons of Kerosene; said bids to be received on Monday, December 27, 1943 at-10 o'clock A.M.: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll cull. Moved by Mogren, seconded b White that the claim of Raymond Flick heretofore filed on the 17th of November', • 19443, for damages- in- the suml of $50',000.00 alleged to have been sustained by reason of'improper treatment of police officers-on the 31st day of October.1943,.is hereby rejected: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that we do now adjourn-to meet Wednesday, December .22, 1943 at 9 o'clock A.M: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on'roll -call.
