The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners -White and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by white that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
December 6, 1943, be approved as-read: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Mdg-r,,en, seconded by Clark that the hearing on-the restaurant license of
Jimmies Lunch be continued to Monday, January 3rd,•1944: carried, Mogren, White and
Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by White, seconded by Mogren that the following claims be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants as foll.owes: Current Exnense $3999.02; City Street
$2,873.56; Park $31.99; Cemetery $559.95; Irrigation $44.24; L;:, I. Guaranty $1,400.00;
Parking Meters $4.62; Delinquent Property Sales $456.06; Water Dept. $1,802.70:
carried Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll.call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that.we do-now adjourn to meet Thursday,.December
16th, 1943 at 9 o'clock A. M: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
ADJOURNED MEETING, THURSDAY, DECEMBER 161 1943, 9 A.M.
The City Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners White
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by White, seconded by Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk-authorized to issue warrants as follows: Cemetery $234.00; Sanitation
$1,21.7.50; Street $1,.377.00 and Park.$1.77.00: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting
aye on roll: call.
