Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that the minutes olf the regular meeting of Monday November 8th, 1911 -7 be approved, as read: carried, Mogren, White, and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by White, seconded by Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and. the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: City Street Dept. $$1747.x0; Park Dept. $$60.00; Cemetery Dent. $234.00; Sanitation Dept. $1,185.25; Claude Lee $ 62.50: carried, Mogren, White, and.Ciark voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C_587, A RESOLUTION authorizi.ng the sale of Lots 6 and 7, Block 27, Elberta Addition to North Yakima (now Yakima). WHEREAS, the City of Yakima is the, owner of the following described real property situated in Yakima County, State of Washington, to wit: Lots 6 and 7, 3locl,,.27, Elberta Add.i.tion to North' Yakima (now Yakima), according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington, by reason of a deed therefor issued by the Treasurer of Yakima. County, County of Yakima, State of Washington, to said City of Yakima, on sale of said property for property for delinquent taxes,, and WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of said City of Yakima to sell said premises to Kate Perkins, a married wo -man, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHTNGTON..
