WHEREAS the City of Yakima is the owner of the following d.escrib- ed. real property situated. in Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, to -wit: Lot 12, Block 33, Tennant & Miles' New Modern Addition to North. Yakima (noU.T Ya.kima.), according to the official plat thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington, by reason of a deed therefore issued by the Treasurer of Yakima County, County,of:'Yakima;'State of'Washington, to said City of Yakima, on sale of said property for delinquent taxes) and WHEREAS, it appears to be for tie best interest of City of Yakima, to sell said premises to Louie P. Williams and. Mary A. Williams, husband and wife, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
