Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that the minutes of the regular meeting of Tuesday,
February 23rd, 1943 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Mo-
gren, White and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by White, seconded by Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: City Street $1251.69; Sanitation $931.25
Irrigation $100.80; Cemetery 0269.38 and Water $53.20: carried,,Mogren,.White and Clark
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Mogren that the claim of Marvin E. Cook, individually and
as Administrator of the estate of Esther F. Cook, deceased, in the Isum of $50,000.00
for damages alleged to have been sustained by reason of thedeath of said Esther F. Cook
by slipping from the sidewalk extending along the 900 block on North Sixth Avenue and
falling into the Old Union Ditch is here'rejected-: carried, Mogren, White and Clark
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn: carried, Mogren, White and
Clark voting aye on roil call.
