The City Commission met in rugular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners Washburn and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded_ by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon-
day, June 22nd, 1942 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Mogren,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Sanitation Dept. $938.08; Park
Dept. $492.95; Cemetery $205.59; Cemetery Care $328.31; Crusher $152.70; Street Dept.
$5.99:42; Projects #35, 36, 37 $3.92 and City Street Nitre. $591.60: carried, Mogren,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Washburn that we do now adjourn to meet Tuesday; June 30th,
1942 at nine o'clock A. M: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.

ORDINANCE NO. B -565, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE creating a special fund to be known as
the "Tax Fund ", providing for sources of revenue thereof and for disbursements to be
made therefrom, and declaring an.emergency ", was introduced by Washburn and read by the
City Clerk.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. B -565 be passed to its second read
ing and read by title only: carried, Mogren, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call
