Moved'by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, January 5th, 1942 be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue warrants as follows: City Street $1212.84; Sanitation $984.40; Cemetery $110.00; Cemetery Care $104.00; Crusher #55.75 and City Street $263.19: carried,. Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll calla Moved 'by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the following claims be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense $4915.18; City Street $2905.69; Library $533.37; Park $720.52; Cemetery $101.44; Cemetery Care $2.41; Fixed Estimate $95.04; L.I.D. Revolving $25.53; L.I.D's $217.14; Irrigation $205.57• Water $6460.80; Water Deposit $450:00; Crusher x$111.40; Accident $25.00 and Garage 207.86: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -545 be passed to its third reading and read in full: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. B -�45, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE amending Section 10 of Ordinance No...B- 296, entitled: AN ORDINANCE defining milk and cream and certain products, milk pro- ducer, pasteurization, etc., prohibiting the sale of adulterated and misbranded milk and milk products, providing for the qualifacation of the City Milk Inspector and his deputies, if any, requiring permits and licenses for sale of milk and milk products, regulating the inspection of dairy farms and milk plants, the examination, grading, labeling, placarding, pasteurization, regrading, distribution and sale and denaturing Of milk.-products, providing for the publishing of milk grades, regulating the construc- tion of future dairies and milk plants and providing a penalty for violation hereof and repealing Ordinance No. A- 153. ", was introduced by Riley and read by the City Clerk.
