The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Riley and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
October 20th, 1941 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Riley,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the following
Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor as follows:

Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Sanitation $88 12_52.00 06; City Street
$976.80; Park $96.00; Irrigation $53.90; Crusher $158.70; Cemetery and Cemetery
Care $104.00: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting.aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that this being the time for the hearing on Reso-
lution No. 0-528 providing for the construction of a sewer on East Beech Street and
other streets in the City of Yakima and there being no objections in writing, or other-
wise, to said improvment, or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance creat-
ing a Local Improvement District be passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn
and Clark voting.aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -540, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of property
in the City of Yakima, Washington, by constructing a pipe sewer to serve various lots
and tracts of land; establishing a Local Improvement District, providing for the method
of payment therefor and creating a special fund ", was introduced by Washburn and read
by the City Clerk.
Moved by Cla.rk,_seconded by.Riley that Ordinance No. B -540 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting-aye.on roll
call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Riley that Ordinance No. B -540 be passed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye oft roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Riley that Ordinance No. B -540 be passed as finally read:
carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn to meet'Friday, October
