Moved. by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, October 6, 1941 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved. by Washburn, seconded by Clark that this being the time f or the hearing on Reso- lution No. C -526, providing for the construction of a sidewalk on South 16th Avenue from Bonnie Doon Avenue to Nob Hill Boulevard and there being no objection to said im- provement in writing or otherwise; it is ordered that the ordinance creating a Local Improvement District for said proj.e.ct be passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Wash- burn and Clark voting.aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -537, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE providing.for the improvement of property on the west side of Sixteenth Avenue South from Bonnie Doon Avenue to Nob Hill Boule- vard by the construction of a Portland cement concrete sidewalk five feet in width; establishing a Local Improvement District, providing for the method of payment therefor, and creating a special fund ", was introduced by Clark and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B-537 be passed to its second reading and read by,title only: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved. by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -537 be passed to its third reading and reed in full: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -537 be passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that this being the time for the hearing on Resolu- tion No. 6 -527, providing for the construction of a sewer system in the Hamberg Addition and there being no objections in writing, or otherwise, to said improvement or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance creating a Local Improvement District be passed as finally read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
