The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Riley and Commissioners Washburn and
Clark present on roll call.
Mover by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
September 22,'1941 be approved as,read: carried, Riley, Wa'shburn and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by.Riley that the following claims be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense $690.99; City Street:
$1894.53; Cemetery $272.35; Water $2698.89; Water Dept. $400.00; Crusher $170.10; L.I.
D. Guaranty $500.00 and Municipal Garage $329.57: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley,that the payrolls for the month of September, 1.941
be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Various Depts.
13416.43.;. Health $1270.34; Police $4789.17; Fire X6250.16; Cemetery.$192.57; Park
160.00;. City.Street $175.00• Library $762.45; F. R. & P. $919.34; P. R. & P. $19625;
