Moved_ by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday June 23rd, 1941 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue( warrants as follows: Park $796.65; Cemetery $198.00; Cemetery Care $432.00; Sanitation $792.63; City Street $1028.90; Crusher $529.12 and City Street Mtse. $247.1: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the payrolls for the month of June, 1941 be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Various Depts. 3335.77; Health Dept. $1105.84; Fire Dept. $64 -84.83; Police Dept. $4835.00; En ineering 998.37,• Irrigation $391.42; Cemetery $200.90; Park Dept. $160.00; City Street 9175.00; Library $775.00; F. R. & P. $822.05; P. R. & P. $196.25 and L.I.D. Rev;; $63.92: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to ad- vertise for bids for the Water Dept. for 3830 feet of 72" galvanized wire fabric fenc- ing; 273 black iron posts 102' long with 15 inches of one end bent 450 as an arm to carry three strands of barb wire and other material; said bids to be received on Mon- day, July 14th, 1941 at ten o'clock A: M: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the City Treasurer is hereby instructed to purchase, as they are presented, all interest bearing Local Improvement District war- rants on guaranteed funds: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to purchase L.I.D. No. 571, bonds in the sum of $1526.74 for investment in the Cemetery Trust Fund: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the City Treasurer is hereby instructed to purchase warrants Nos: 3296,.L.I.D. No. 571 in the sum of $2.47; L.I.D. Wnt. No. 3304, Dist No. 570 in the sum of $19.03; L.I.J. Wnt. o. 3297, Dist. No. 565 in the sum of $69.08; L.I.D. NolA329.9., Dist No. 573,^ or in.eEment purposes from the Cemetery Trust Fund: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
