Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
May 26, 1941 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Riley, Wash-
burn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved. by Washburn, seconded by Riley that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City' Clerk authorized to issue warrants'as follows: Tennis Court $344.29; Cemetery,
x$234.00; Cemetery Care $479.00; Sanitation-$745.50; street Dept. $1092.22; Park $500.40;
Crusher $499.85 :. carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. - .
Moved. by Washburn, seconded by.Riley that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to give
notice to bidders for an 95 foot aerial ladder truck and one 100 foot aerial ladder
truck, said truck to be equipped with a 750 gallow per minute pump and ground ladders
as specified in the National Board of Fire Underwriters; said bids to be received Mon-
day, June 23rd, 1941 at ten o'clock A. M: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting
aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Washburn that the City Engineer having reported the comple-
tion of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 565, providing for the con-
struction of Curbs and Gutters, said work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer
authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said district and the City Clerk instruct-
ed to give notice of hearing_on the assessment roll for Monday,-June, 23rd, 1941 at
ten o'clock A. M: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting,aye on roll call.

4th, 1941 at ten o'clock A. M: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.

The City Commission met pursuant to,adjournment, Mayor Riley and Commissioners Wash-
burn and Clark present on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -511, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of install-
ments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local
Improv ment District No. 571, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons
attached, for the payment of the unpaid portion thereof ", was introduced by Clark and
read by the City Clerk.
Moved. by Riley, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -511 be passed to its second
reading and read by title only: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -511 be passed to its third
reading and read in full: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved. by Riley, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -511 be passed as finally
read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
