Moved. by Riley, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
May 5, 1941 be approved as read: carried, Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye-on roll
call.
Moved. by Clark, seconded by Washburn that this being the time for the hearing on Resolu-
tion No. 0-511, providing for the vacation of that portion of "C" Street between 6th
Avenue and Pierce Avenue and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to.said
vacation, or any part thereof; it is ordered that the Ordinance vacating.said property
be passed as finally read: carried,.Riley, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -509, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of that portion
of "C" Street between Sixth Avenue and Pierce Avenue`!, was introduced by Clark and read
by the City Clerk.
Moved by Riley, seconded by Washburn that Ordinance No. B -509 be passed to its second
reading.and read by title only: carried, Riley,.Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.

and Clark present on roll call.
ORDINANCE N0. B -�10, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE amending Section 95 of Ordinance No. A-
205, entitled: 'AN ORDINANCE to provide for the protection and preservation of the
public health and providing a penalty for the violation thereof; repealing ordinances
numbered 20, 75,. 76, 77, 117, 124, 134, 19o, 194, 205, 230, 25.9, 375, 403, 449, 471,
497, 529, 5.32, 533., 547,.681, 682, 684, 727, 737, 878, A -22, A -30, A -39_, A -69. and A -83
and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, and declaring
an emergency ", and declaring an emergency ", was introduced by Clark and read by the
City Clerk.
